HAKOM collects and processes personal data based on the powers prescribed by the Act on the Implementation of the Digital Services Act for the purpose of processing and keeping records of intermediary service providers and communication with service providers. Personal data of contact persons are collected and processed solely for the purpose of contacting and exchanging information related to notifications submitted in the e-Provider DSA system and will be submitted and exchanged with the European Commission and other competent authorities, as necessary, in accordance with the Digital Services Act and the Act on the Implementation of the Digital Services Act.
